DOMENICA IN FORMA con BALLA&SNELLA Γ¨ un eventoΒ a cadenza settimanale che si svolge ogni domenica mattina, per le donne che durante la settimana non possono allenarsi per mancanza di tempo e invece nel week end vogliono recuperare la loro forma fisica.

Evento intensivo aperto anche a chi non Γ¨ iscritta a Balla&Snella, della durata di un’ora e mezzo con piΓΉ di 60 minuti di allenamento dimagrante con Balla&Snella e 20 minuti di allenamento anaerobico tonificante.
